We provide forms for exercising your rights, which you may request via the email address mentioned above. You may also use the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties. If acting through a representative, it must likewise be accompanied by a copy of their ID or an electronic signature.

The forms must be submitted in person to Consultores y Auditores Informáticos PRODAT, S.A., or sent by post or email to the addresses listed in the “Data Controller” section.

The maximum resolution period is one month from the receipt of your request.

How long will we retain your data?
Personal data will be kept as long as your relationship with us remains active.

Once the relationship ends, personal data processed for each of the stated purposes will be retained during the legally established timeframes. If no such legal timeframe exists, the data will be kept until the data subject requests its erasure or revokes the granted consent, or during the period in which a judge or court may require it based on the statute of limitations for legal actions.
